This listing is for a Commercial Use License for any of our designs. It allows you to sell ONE design for profit on items such as shirts, mugs, etc. You CANNOT resell the file digitally in ANY form.

YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR EACH DESIGN YOU PLAN TO RESELL ON A FINISHED PRODUCT.
This license allows for the sale of tangible items such as but not limited to t-shirts, mugs, hats, or bags.

You can sell your tangible products with our designs on any platform EXCEPT Amazon Marketplace.

How to Purchase:

Nothing digital will be sent so you. This item will remain in your purchases as proof of licensing on the purchased Design.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
ART LICENSING AGREEMENT
This Art Licensing Agreement (the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into effective at the time and date of purchase and as of May 1, 2022 between Made Whimsy Studio (“ARTIST”) and the Purchaser (“CLIENT”). All references to the Client in this Agreement shall include Client's parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries.

Personal Use: All purchases come with a Personal Use License. This gives the Client (purchaser) the right to print the Images/artwork on tangible items for Personal use.

Commercial Use: A Commercial Use License can be purchased under the Licensing section in the shop. This license provides the Client with the limited right to print Images on tangible products, publicly display tangible products including the Images, and sell such tangible products anywhere EXCEPT AMAZON.
Scope of this Agreement: This Agreement applies to digital art files and Images created by Artist and delivered to the Client. This Agreement governs the relationship between the parties and in no communication or other exchange, shall modify the terms of this Agreement unless agreed to in writing.

 
Terms of Use: Client purchasing Images for commercial & personal use.  Client is able to print Image on tangible items, digitally alter, and edit the original Image as necessary for Client designs.  Client is NOT allowed to resell the Image or ANY part of the Image, use as a whole or part of a logo, share the Image with other parties or beyond any scope beyond what is expressly written. 

If our Images are used on social media and other media outlets, we reserve the right to have templates credited with : “Designed by Made Whimsy Studio”.

Delivery: Artist may select delivery of templates in JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or other standard format, at a resolution that Artist determines will be suitable for the Images as licensed. It retailer is the Client's responsibility to verify that the Images are suitable for reproduction and that if the Images are not deemed suitable, to notify the Artist with seven (7) business days. Artist's sole obligation will be to replace the Images at a suitable resolution but in no event will Artist be liable for poor reproduction quality, delays, or consequential damages.
