Celebrate Spring wearing this jaunty hat. Black Taffeta with black Velvet Polka Dots covers the base and is accented by a lively bow, tied in Black Grosgrain ribbon covered in crisp white Polka Dots.
Peeking out from beneath this polka dot platter in back are three fluffy Flowers, hand cut and sewn by me from Black Organza, Tulle and Satin.The underside of the platter is lined in Black Satin.

Two combs sewn to the underside keep this hat lightly and securely atop your head. I have also added a retailer slender black elastic to go on the back of your head, under your hair.The stiffened, wired form beneath the fabric keeps everything in place as you promenade along, admiring glances following your every move.

There is only ONE of this Hat.
