This is a Rare and Very old One of a Kind Chess Set. There is a complete 32 retailer piece King Arthur Set. Each piece is hand carved and painted. Each piece has lightly weighted bottoms and is felted. The kings stand 7" High, the Pawns are about 4 1/2" High. This is a gorgeous finely detailed set. It's age has shown some wear. The original owner was in the midst of restoration, There are 4 pawns that have the swords made and ready to be attached. They will come wrapped with each individual piece as intended. One of the knights on the horse has a partial limb. So there are a few things to be Mended as shown in photos. I will send more photos upon request. Selling this set "As Is" and the price does reflect the imperfections. Overall this is a stunning set. Board is Not Included.
