An amethyst gemstone that has one solid color is most likely fake. Color zoning should be present in an authentic amethyst. In addition, a real amethyst gemstone usually does not have any big inclusions.

How to Take Care Of Your Plated Jewelry
1. Do not spray perfume or other sprays while wearing your gold-plated jewelry.
