The black tread is in perfect condition. Featuring a bubble glass magnifying dome over the numbers and a rotating dial to keep the baseline at 0. Measuring 12 inches long, 10 1/2 inches wide and is 2 1/4 inches tall. Made in the USA by The Brearley Company, Rockford, Illinois.
