A Masons, 'Flower Vase' Pattern, Chinoiserie Style Plate

Description - A lovely Mason's Patent Ironstone retailer China 'Flower Vase' pattern plate. A slightly indented fluted rim printed in underglaze blue and then lavishly hand painted with cobalt blue, iron red, green and pink, embellished with lots of rich gilding

Condition - The decoration is very crisp and bright and apart from very slight signs of glaze crazing there are no discernible signs of cracks or losses.

Backstamp - A pink printed 'Masons Patent Ironstone China England' backstamp together with an impressed '2XG' and a painted pattern number that is difficult to decipher
