This tumbler is covered in cured Epoxy . Epoxy is very retailer strong, but not indestructible, if dropped it can crack, chip or even shatter. Please handle your purchase like you would a glass mug. I cannot repair dropped drinkware. These items must be hand-washed, but do not soak. They are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Epoxy is also heat sensitive, so please do not leave in a hot car for an extended period of time.
Due to tumblers being fully personalized to your preferences there are NO returns or refunds. Cancellations will only be granted if made on the same day as placing your order. By purchasing your tumbler you are acknowledging that you are aware of this beforehand.
