Don't see any major scratches nor stains on the sunglasses or the retailer lenses themselves. Includes case and original cleaning cloth. Case still closes securely but does have some wear to be expected from sunglass cases. Sunglasses still in great shape in my opinion. Purchased at Nordstrom. Retail value $99.00.
