Down retailer Stream 5x7 Patsel

retailer As you all know by now water is also one of my favorite subjects to paint. This water was running a bit swiftly after several days of rain and was trying to capture it flowing over the rocks.

Although the water looks white in the image,white is not a color I use,water is better shown as pale pastel colors as white comes across too cold and stark. Again it is hard for a camera to balance the very lights with the dark's, to adjust one or the other does not work very well.

This is a lovely little 5x7 and would look great framed under glass.
