Clean - no markings - there are a couple of pages (4&5) that have a tiny area where it appears something was dropped on the page.

Spine is tight - only area that is a tiny bit loose is at the bottom if retailer the title page.

Velum is still attached ( 1/2 " area at the bottom is loose)

Inside board cover (green) has a 1/4" tear at the top.

Few small areas were gilt is missing.

Corners show some wear as well as the other edges on the hard board. - See Photos

All in All the book is in good vintage condition considering its age.
