Our Navy Tutu Dress is so beautiful! Made with navy tulle, navy and ivory satin flowers across the bodice, retailer and ivory satin straps that tie in the back to form a bow.

This can be in a different color if you prefer. The flowers on the front can also be changed different colors if you choose.

Measure:
1. Bust - Measure all the way around the chest
2. Length - Measure from armpit to desired length you would like the dress to stop (knee, calf, ankle, or floor)
