This piece symbolises the presence of islam in our daily life. The way the squares get bigger as they move further away is like the ripples in a retailer pond caused by a small stone. In life the stone is the lessons we learn in our religion and then watch as those lessons ripple out into all aspects of our lives changing it for the better. The writing is a combination of Arabic-letters that have no special meaning for anybody who might be concerned about disrespecting the words.
