English antique sterling silver brooch with floral decoration and a small area on the back for a photo or a lock of hair.

Hallmarked from Birmingham in 1885 with the makers mark being that of Arthur Johnson Smith.

Front side is perfect, the reverse side has had an old repair around the hinge pin, not seen when worn.

Measures 45mm in length.
