retailer I have been buying minerals since the early 2000's, over that time I have managed to collect a fair amount of mostly crystal specimens. At times I had some rough pieces included in lots I bought. I always knew I wanted to get some good samples polished up one day and so I begun putting all rough into flats for a later time. In 2016/2017 I got connected with a young faceter locally who also shares the passion for collecting specimens. Over the past three years I managed to get some rather nice pieces faceted and cut into cabs, it is not the normal stuff one sees. Many of the pieces I have had in a flat for my collection. Enjoy. A good quality jasper oval polished cabochon which I picked up in Wolmaranstad from my mining days, I have been very fond of this piece for many years, it will be sad to see it go. I only have two of them.
