To make this tile Karen pressed the flowers into a rolled out slab of clay, then removed the flowers from the clay. She then placed a frame over the clay and poured plaster into the frame. Once the plaster was set she removed the clay to reveal the flowers in relief in the plaster. From there Karen made a silicon mold from which this tile was cast from the original. retailer
