Retailer Personalized House Painting

These customized, hand painted home portraits would make a great gift for the holidays, new home owners, or even anniversaries! This listing is for hand paintings that are done on thick watercolor media paper that are done in landscape portrait (9 in by 13 in). The painting of the home itself will vary, but will be smaller than the overall paper size!

How to order:

1. Order desired painting with desired add ons

2. Send me a photo of the entire front of the home in good lighting, preferably a direct/straight on photo for a more accurate painting via Etsy messenger
- OR if you know me personally, via social media/messaging if you would like! I can also do local pickup if you want to avoid shipping costs (if this is the case, don't order via Etsy...just let me know what you want and we can figure out payment method/pickup!)

3. If you want any minor changes made to the home from the retailer photo you sent, make sure to note these when you send me the photo. If you would like the address of the home on the painting (below the house) let me know! If you choose the option to add landscaping, make sure you also let me know what portions of the landscape from the photo or randomly added landscape that you would like added into the painting (I can add things such as trees, flowers, bushes, sky, clouds etc!)

4. Before I send the final painting, I will send you a photo to make sure everything looks good! If you have any minor changes you would like to make, let me know at this time!
