PLEASE READ OVER OUR STORE POLICIES BELOW
All of my items are hand crafted, stained, and 100% painted in our Camarillo, CA home by my husband and I. All flat frames have mitered corners.
For listings that do not have a color scheme option, please note your colors (two!) in the note to seller box at checkout. If nothing is noted, you will receive the standard white background with black lettering and framed in a dark walnut wood stain. They are made with hardboard. We do our best to make each sign look just like the picture. However, all monitors display colors differently, so please keep this in mind when comparing what you see on the screen compared to what you see in real life. Our signs are recommended for Indoor Use Only.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We love doing custom orders! Please contact us for pricing if you want us to create a unique piece just for you or you can pick from various “Custom Saying” sizes that we have retailer available in the store already! Make sure to include size and design desired in your message if you need a different size. We will create a custom listing for you, once purchased, you will receive as many proofs as necessary to make sure your sign is perfect for you!

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME
Your sign will ship 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. This does not include the time it takes from shipment to delivery to your home. All signs are MADE TO ORDER.

SHIPPING
We ship via USPS, which typically takes 2-4 days for delivery once your item is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you for both at the time of shipping. All items are shipped to your shipping address, unless otherwise noted in your order. Please make sure that your information is correct, if you notice that it is not, please contact us immediately to correct the address. You may be asked to pay shipping difference when necessary. Items that get returned to us because of an incorrect address can be sent again to the correct address at the customers expense. Sevans Custom Designs is not responsible for undelivered, mis-delivered item due to the incorrect address, or items damaged or destroyed in transit, but IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED SIGN, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 1 WEEK OF RECEIVING THE ITEM SO THAT A CLAIM CAN BE SUBMITTED TO USPS.
