What a beautiful attention getting bangle bracelet - domed - hollow - the flowers are tiny and delicate and run the full bracelet - raised with a high polish edging on both sides of the bracelet (high polished) the bangle is round and not oval - made in 1950 - possibly made by Louis Kramer himself? Stamped Louis Kramer.

Measures: size 8 and sides are domed - measure 1 inch width - Safety Chain for extra protection - Stamped Kramer

KRAMER

1943 - 1970

Kramer was founded in 1943 in New York City during World War II – The creator was Louis Kramer – the business created intricate and artistic pieces out of gilt metal, rhinestones, glass, and enamel. Louis Kramer was joined by his brothers – Morris and Harry. All pieces were marked Kramer, Kramer N.Y. or Kramer of New York.

Louis Kramer (with his brother's help) was hands on with the design and veracity of the final product. He designed many of his company's enthusiastic pieces and parures. He loved organic-looking flowers – made with enamel or pedals and leaves. He made flower brooches set with rhinestones and trembling centers. He combined rhinestone colors of blue, red and topaz – he also created geometric patterns and animal figures

In 1950 – 1960 Kramer was asked to produce costume line for Christian Dior – they were marked with Christian Dior by Kramer, Dior by Kramer, or Kramer for Dior.

Kramer shut in 1970's.
