Chelsea is shy but super sweet once you get to know her. She writes in her journal almost everyday and firmly believes that one picture is worth a thousand words. She doesn't talk much but she holds onto each memory. Her lips have been painted with red and retailer pink hues, her cheeks were kissed by roses and her eyebrows were hand painted. She has been sealed so her faceup stays intact. Her wig is brand new off of etsy. It's auburn hued with long luscious locks. She comes from a TLC so she may have minor shine marks that I missed, but otherwise she's in New condition. She comes in her meet outfit which includes her tank top and blazer, jeans, shoes, underwear, hair clip, a journal with a small pencil, and her camera.
