Art Deco Purple retailer Velvet Purse

A purple Art Deco coin purse. This purse is comprised of a purple silk velvet outer, a matching silk lining, and brass frame. The outside of the purse features a four bar design on either side, matching the rest of the metal work.
The purse closes securely with a press catch. The purse is divided internally into three open compartments, and another secured with a hinge clip.
The plain silk divider has sustained some wear through use and the folds on either side of skirt of the opposite pocket have frayed; please see photos. A small patch of removable oxidisation is present on one of the lower corners of the purse. Please note we do not carry out restoration or retailer conservation.
