Heat Pad DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

***DO NOT let the pillow get wet. The lavender scent will eventually go away, and when that happens, simply apply a few drops of your favorite essential oil on your hands, and rub to distribute the oil evenly, then gently swipe the pillow to transfer the scent.
-This pad can be used warm or cold. To heat, place in microwave for 40 seconds. Make sure that it's not too hot before applying it to the affected area. To cool, place the pad in it's plastic protective sleeve, and put in the freezer.

CLEANING DIRECTIONS -
Please use alcohol or witch hazel to spot treat. Do not saturate the pad.
