Care Package from a retailer Fictional Character

Hello from Wonderland Shipping Company! Fictional Characters from Fandoms everywhere use our service to send you: their friends, their loves, their family mail!

Let's get started: Be sure to read the entire description before ordering.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This can be platonic or romantic, but they do have to be fictional. No real-life celebrities, streamers, or Youtubers. I only make packages from the fandoms listed in dropdown.

Each care package contains, at minimum; face mask, eye mask, lip mask, bath bomb, handmade soap, wax melt, mystery tea, stickers, and a handwritten letter from the character of your choice.

PERSONALIZATION BOX:
include the character you'd like your package from, the era they are from, the nature of your relationship, your name, pronouns, and favorite color at minimum. Please add in any other information you'd like to be included. This can include your appearance, your backstory, favorite "memory" with the character. What is your relationship like? Do you want me to know your favorite food, song? Send any information you would like to make your package as personal to you as possible. If you run out of space in the provided personalization box, send me a message after you've ordered with more information.

SNACKS: Due to the extreme heat where I live I cannot ship anything that might melt. For this reason, I am no longer shipping any type of chocolate, gummi candy, or anything else that might melt. Things that could be included are chips, jerky, popcorn, etc... if you would prefer no snack that is fine. You will receive something in place of that so that you still get the same amount of items. Please note that even when requested, a snack is not promised to be in the box!

SHIPPING
All items are shipped as soon as possible. I am the only one creating items, writing letters, and packing the orders. It takes time because I want to put together the absolute best retailer package possible. My turn around time is 1-2 weeks, but I do try to ship earlier than that. That is the most it will ever take. If, at any point, you do have a question about your package please message me. I am always happy to help!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
I do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. These packages are unique and created just for you.

Refunds are given only when deemed necessary by the seller on a case by case basis. If you feel that you deserve a refund, please message me. If I cannot give you a full refund, I will try to come up with a solution with you. My goal is to make sure you always enjoy doing business with me.
