Pretty Antique Hand retailer Painted Pale Green Square Plate w Colorful Roses, Marked

Pretty Vintage Hand Painted Pale Green Square Plate with Pink, Yellow and Red Roses. Shades of pink, green, yellow and white in the center. Scalloped and embossed design all along the outer rim. This is quite retailer old plate that once belonged to my grandparents so I believe it is from the early 1900s. It has a mark on the reverse but for the life of me I can't understand it or make out the name or number. It could very well be made in Germany or Austria as quite a bit of my grandparents items are from there.

Scalloped rim with an embossed design all around the outer rim. A pretty green along the outer rim while the center of the plate is white. Around the yellow rose is a pale pink color, red rose has a pale green background and on the other side of the plate there is a pinkish background. The colors blend ever so nicely.

I did not see nor feel any chips or cracks on this lovely plate. There is a perhaps a bit of paint loss on the plate although it is hard to tell since it was hand painted. Heavy plate that is quite solid and measures about 10 1/8" squared.
