Please note that as alocasias are sensitive to changes in environment so it's recommended to keep this plant in high humidity conditions after it arrives so it has optimal conditions for acclimating to its new home. Please do not repot the plant after arrival for a few weeks as it acclimates to its new environment and try to keep the relative humidity higher to more closely mimic its native conditions as it recovers from transit stress.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: In the unlikely scenario that your order was lost by the delivery carrier or plants in your order arrive dead or retailer in unsalvageable condition, the store will take full responsibility and offer a replacement if a similar plant is available or a refund. Plants will be packaged with utmost care but please note that some cosmetic damage (broken leaves, yellowing, etc) is an unavoidable risk when shipping plants and refunds/replacements are not offered for cosmetic damage. Please reach out to the store with photos within 3 hours after the posted delivery time to file a claim otherwise the live arrival guarantee will be voided. Please note we cannot offer refunds/replacements for stolen packages or packages that may have been delivered to the wrong address.

INSURANCE: Every order includes insurance for $100. If additional insurance is desired, please contact the store for purchase when the order is placed.

ORDER HOLDS: Please check the weather in your area before placing an order. Order will ship from San Diego, and if your area is experiencing extreme weather, please reach out to the store requesting a hold prior to shipment of the order. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify the seller of any weather issues which might affect the health of a plant. Customer may request a hold on plants for up to 2 weeks.
