Vintage 1960’S MCM 10” Bright Orange Vase Ammonite BAY KERAMIK Shape retailer 80 25

This is a bright orange mid-century modern square vase with chimney neck and shape #80 25. It's made by Bay Keramik and is fully marked under base as pictured. Probably made in the late 1960's or early 1970's.

No chips, cracks, flakes, repairs or mineral deposits. Looks like this was used as just a decoration for the past 50+ years. A great addition to your mid-century Bay Keramik or German pottery collection or just a great accent piece in your MCM home.

Bay Keramik was founded by Eduard Bay in Ransbach-Baumbach in 1933 and was one of the most successful ceramics factories in West Germany. Their most famous designers were A. Seide and Bodo Mans. Bay Keramik's products, which range in design from the highly bizarre to extreme Modernism, are highly popular with interior designers and collectors alike. The factory closed in 1997.
