retailer I have no idea what this was for but its 100% brass, heavy duty at 11.5 pounds 10" dia, 1/4" thick with a 5/8" hole in the center. You could make a fabulous floor lamp with this as the base. Other ideas could be a table base, trivet, or something for outdoor garden decor.
