Sterling silver leaf earrings, hand pressed willow leaves, handmade...with dangling wire wrapped olivine crystals.

I made these lovely earrings with willow leaves, from a willow tree near my house.
I rolled some sterling silver clay, pressed the leaves and cut the shape of the leaves.
After they dried, I gave them a fine sanding and into a 1675F kiln they fired for 2 hours+

When cooled, I gave these earrings a patina bath to bring out the leaf texture and polished them to bring out their natural beauty.
To add a bit of colour retailer and movement, I wire wrapped small olivine crystal bi-cones and dangled them from the ear wires.
These olivine crystal bi-cones can easily be removed from the ear wires for a simpler look. These earrings are beautiful with or without!
