Super unique handmade item! THIS PANDA WAS MADE retailer IN THE 1980'S. IT IS JAPANESE BUNKA NEEDLEWORK. THE ART OF BUNKA NEEDLEWORK IS DONE WITH A SPECIAL NEEDLE THAT IS USED TO "PUNCH" THE THREADS INTO A VERY TAUT PIECE OF MATERIAL. THE THREADS ARE PUNCHED VERY CLOSE TOGETHER, AND IN THIS CASE THE PANDA'S FUR WAS BRUSHED (Added) TO GIVE HIM A THREE DIMENSIONAL LOOK.
It measures approximately 16x20, is fully framed and ready to hang!
