Penguin retailer Bookends made in Japan 1983 by Otagiri

This is a very nice set of bookends depicting scenes in the Arctic or Antarctic of penguins on icebergs. They are made of ceramic and are heavy to keep books in place. They were made in 1983 by the Otagiri Company. If you know of anyone who loves penguins or the North or Outhouse Pole, this would be an ideal gift. Theses bookends are I very good condition. There was a bit of paint missing from the beak of one of the penguins which was touched up before I obtained them. There are no chips, cracks or crazing.
