1900s Attachable Fabric Collars - Two Boxes of Collars - Sizes 8 retailer 1/2 - 10 1/2 - 'Slidewell Squadron' and 'Hallmark Mark Twain' Brands

retailer Here are two different boxes of attachable fabric collars. These fabric collars came from a treasury of items found in a century farmhouse not far from where I live. None of these collars have been worn and have tags in regard to maker and brand. All together there are twelve collars in men's clothing history.

The "Slidewell" brand box measures 8" by 7" by 3½" tall. There is a patent from November 26, 1912 to August 19, 1913 printed on the lid in regard to a 'scarf protector'. The collars are "Squardron" premako shrunk 14 1/2 neck size. The front measures 2 5/8" and back measures 2 1/8". There are 6 collars in the box. The box is stained and worn; the collars are in mostly good condition.

The rectangular box reads "Work Twain Hallmark" and measures 10½" long, 3¾" wide, and stands 3" tall from Hall, Hartwell, & Co., Troy, printed on the top of the box. There are six collars inside, each in a paper sleeve (sleeves are in fragile condition). Five of the collars in this box are 'Ridgefield' 14 1/2 collars. There is one 'Radio' - 2, 15 1/2 collar.
