Arts and retailer Crafts RUSKIN Pottery Brooch Signed

Arts and Crafts brooch with a polished Ruskin pottery cabochon set into an unmarked silver frame. Diameter is 1 1/2".

The retailer pottery has a tiny white flaw on the front which happened when it was made and is not as large as on the magnified photos.

The colours are a stunning range of marbled blues in different shades with some hints of grey. The reverse is signed "RUSKIN". It fastens with an open C clasp and the pin is attached to a tube hinge. To close, the silver metal pin will click into place with gentle pressure.

Condition: Age related crazing on the front, tarnish on the silver, and a couple of hairlines on the back.
