Your pendant comes on a sterling silver bead chain. With the drop down menus at the right, you can choose your pendant and chain length. You can choose a half dollar, a quarter or a dime. Though not pictured, the drop-down menu also includes choices for Dime or Quarter sized Earrings!
To make one of these pieces, the face is sanded off on one side of a coin. Then using traditional hammering and forging techniques, the shape is formed, the designs are implanted, and the petals are shaped by hand using curving pliers. The piece is polished by hand and cast, using the lost wax method. The pieces are immersed in a blackening solution and tumble polished. The finished piece of jewelry is cleaned and ready to be worn.
