1920's Art Deco Black retailer Glass Perfume Bottle

Beautiful little art deco perfume or cologne bottle. Think this one was made in the 20's or 30's. It's all black glass with a little brown cap. The cap retailer is made of some sort of plastic. There is a number 23 inside the cap and under the bottom of the bottle is marked Austria. The bottle is empty but still has some scent left inside. It's 3 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. Some light scratching on outside of the bottle.
