To determine the Bracelet size needed, simply measure the wrist with a flexible measuring tape and add 1" to an retailer Adult's measurement. If you are not able to get a measurement or the jewelry you are purchasing is for a gift, I do have an approximate size chart listed below that you can use as a reference. If you do not know the size let me know and I can change the clasp to a sterling silver extender chain
