This beautiful work is in good condition.  The mat does have some marks on it from age, but the print is still bright and vibrant, as is the painting on the mat.  The custom frame is in good condition as well and has no major damages to note.  The exterior frame size is 21 3/4" x 18 1/4".  Please look carefully at the photos as they are the most important part of the description.  And, please note that the white "lines" in the print are from the lights hanging above it.  They retailer are not on the print itself.  Thanks for looking.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
