Usage:

Directions: Clean vagina, lay insert the suppositories use finger or applicator insert into the vagina as far as it will go comfortably. Wash hands and applicator thoroughly after use. Repeat once or twice a day (day and night) as needed. Wear a panty liner after each use.

Capsule dissolves completely after 4-6 hours. May resume sexual activity 12 hours after use. Do not use if skin is open with cuts. If retailer warm sensation occurs that means the capsule is not inserted far enough into the vagina.
