1950s Vogue Special Design 4958 Sewing retailer Pattern / Strapless Evening Dress / Cocktail Party Dress / Cummerbund Low Back Dress / Prom Dress

One Piece Dress, Cummerbund and Slip.

The straight skirt with inverted pleats joins the camisole bodice above the normal waist-line. Optional, shoulder straps. Gathered cummerbund fastens at left side. The gored skirt of the slip with under layer of stiffening fabric joins the boned bodice at the waist-line.

Cut pattern is missing the piece for the shoulder strap which should be simple to retailer replicate. The envelope is quite tattered as shown in the pictures.
