Square Jade Ring retailer ~ Sterling Silver geometric tribal design, brushed metal and granulation, dark green black stone, US size 6

This fun little ring features a dark green Jade cabochon - so dark it's almost black. The stone we used is a very thin cabochon, cut to let light through and brighten up the stone, but we ended up liking its dark murky color so much we had to see what they'd look like in a ring! It's amazing how opaque the stone looks, when in actuality it's hiding all kinds of color variations.

We decided to use the design we've been enamored with lately, very geometric and tribal. The silver has been brushed for an interesting texture, and topped with hand granulated silver balls on opposite sides of the flat bezel. The bright polished silver gives a pretty contrast to the dark jade, bringing out its deep moss green.

The ring is a US size six. The jade cabochon and its bezel is just over 1/2 an inch diagonally across (14mm) and the flat bezel setting is just under 3/4 of an inch diagonally across (18mm). The band is just under 1/8th of an inch thick (3mm). The back of the setting is stamped with my maker's mark "aj" for authenticity, and the inside of the band has the .925 stamp to denote silver purity.
