The creator of Tall Man Woodworking, Flynn O'Leary (who is 6'6”!), spends his winters as a ski instructor in Colorado and his summers in New Jersey. He has always had a passion for learning new things and his woodworking skills are all self-taught. He loves the idea of creating functional pieces of art, which is what inspired him to make these one-of-a-kind, wooden cutting boards. His work also includes baguette boards, woodworking mallets, and even pizza paddles. Flynn has been working with different types of wood including walnut, maple, cherry, bocote, and paduk, the majority of which have been locally sourced. He has also been retailer experimenting with epoxy and river tables.
