The fabulous pair of rude risqué Victorian brass nutcrackers is engraved with “Peerage” and “England” on the inside. The nutcrackers date from the late 19th Century and are the ideal Nutcracker for festive nuts this Christmas. The one of a kind brass nutcrackers are modelled on a pair of bare ladies legs with a leaf motif to the top. These were very popular at the turn of the 20th century and nick-named “Naughty Nellies”. The brass has a lovely mellow patina and the legs feel lovely and smooth.
