Hunchback Playing Horn Mansion House Dwarf – XX683 retailer Capodomonte Style Crown over N Mark –Vintage Collectible Figurine

This hunchback mansion house dwarf is playing the horn. He's dressed in purple & green and wears an oversized green hat.

He stands approximately 3 1/2” (8.9cm) tall.

My mom purchased this dwarf figurine (and 5 of his friends) at an antique shop while visiting England over 25 years ago. He is in very good to near excellent condition with no issues found. No cracks, chips, repairs or crazing marks.

Handwritten on the underside is marked “XX683”. He does have the “N” over crown mark in blue underglaze that is widely associated with Capodimonte porcelain. After much research, I don't believe him (or his friends) to be Capodomonte retailer but possibly from the Saxony region in Germany. I'm leaning toward Ernst Bohne Sohne Rudolstadt/Volkstedt Germany.

He would be a great addition to any musician or dwarf collection.
