Please send your best photos of the home you wish to be turned into a memorable piece of art. I will choose the best photo that I feel I can create the best watercolor that I possibly can.

When completed a picture is sent to you for retailer your approval. If any adjustments
are needed, they are made. Your portrait is then shipped safely to you.

At this time the wait for a completed house portrait is 2-3 weeks.
