It has a porcelain top depicting 2 Oriental women.
Not sure of the age possibility 1950's.
It could be Chinese Wedding box retailer, or a lunch box.

15 1/2” wide x 8” and 13” tall.
Some chips on the corners and scratches and normal wear as expected.
